Habits stick when someone is watching.
Pair with one person. With Premium, each shared habit you complete in the app for today reaches their phone the moment you do it, and they can nudge you when you go quiet. Free for up to 5 habits. Premium is $9.99, paid once, no subscription.
On the App Store for iPhone and iPad.

How pairing works
Choose the one person who will notice when you skip a day: a partner, a friend, a sister, the person you train with. Pairing, reactions and nudges are free for both of you.
Send one invite link
Open the Partners tab and send an invite link, show a QR code, or pick someone from your contacts. When they open the link with HabitFlame installed, the app shows your invite and they tap Accept.
Check in as usual
With Premium, each shared habit you complete in the app for today is sent to your partner the moment it happens, with milestone alerts and, when the app is started in the evening, a warning if a daily streak is at risk; your partner does not need Premium to receive them. On the free version, you both see a combined weekly count of what you completed.
Hear back from them
They can react with a flame to a completion that reaches them, and nudge you when you go quiet. Free accounts get 3 nudges a month. Premium adds unlimited partner nudges.
Everything else a habit needs
Track any habit your way
Yes or no, a count, a duration, or a multi check-in for habits you do 2 to 4 times a day. Schedule each habit every day, on specific days, or as a weekly target.
Keep the streak alive
See your current and longest streak for every habit. Milestones at 7, 14, 21, 30, 50, 75, 100, 150, 200, 365, 500 and 1000 days get a celebration, and 16 achievement badges mark the bigger wins.
See the whole year
The Stats tab lays out the last year as a grid of days, each shaded by how much of that day's habits you completed, and green on a day you did everything scheduled.
Focus with a built-in timer
A Pomodoro timer runs 25 minute work sessions with 5 minute breaks and a 15 minute long break, so a habit like reading or deep work has its time carved out.
Get reminders that change
Set a reminder time per habit. The wording is picked again each time you open the app, and a habit on a streak of 7 or more days can get a different message for each of the next few days, within the limit iOS sets on waiting notifications.
Glance from the home screen
Interactive widgets show today's habits, your progress and streaks, and a partner widget shows how their day is going when they have Premium. Tap to complete without opening the app. A habit completed from a widget sends your partner no alert, though it still adds to the weekly count.

Premium is $9.99, paid once, no subscription.
Free
The free version includes up to 5 habits, every tracking type, streaks, badges, widgets, reminders, the focus timer, iCloud sync, Apple Health and an accountability partner with 3 nudges a month.
Premium
Premium removes the habit limit and adds habit stacking, smart insights, real-time partner updates and unlimited partner nudges. With Family Sharing, one purchase also unlocks Premium for the people in your Apple family.

Questions
- Is HabitFlame free?
- Yes. The free version tracks up to 5 habits with every tracking type, streaks, badges, widgets, reminders, the focus timer, iCloud sync, Apple Health and an accountability partner with 3 nudges a month. Premium is a one-time purchase of $9.99 that removes the habit limit and adds habit stacking, smart insights, real-time partner updates and unlimited nudges.
- Do I need an account?
- No. HabitFlame works the moment you open it. Your habits are stored on your device and in your own iCloud. With Premium, the shared habits you complete are delivered to your partner through HabitFlame's pairing service and Apple push notifications. Without Premium, the service carries your nudges and your reactions, which name the habit you react to, and, for the weekly count, the day of each completion with a one-way hash of the habit's identifier and no habit name. What pairing itself stores is set out in the privacy policy. Pairing with a partner uses an invite link, not a username or password.
- Which devices does it run on?
- HabitFlame is an iPhone and iPad app from the App Store. There is no Android or web version.
- Does my partner need to pay?
- No. Pairing, reactions and nudges are free for both of you. Real-time partner updates depend on Premium on the side of the person whose completions are sent: if you have Premium, your partner gets each shared habit you complete in the app for today instantly without paying. With both of you on the free version, you see a combined weekly count of what you completed and can nudge each other.
