Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using HabitFlame ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

Description of Service

HabitFlame is a habit tracking application designed to help you build and maintain positive habits. The App allows you to:

• Create and track daily habits.
• Monitor your streaks and progress.
• Connect with accountability partners and share selected habits.
• Automatically complete habits using Apple Health data you authorize.
• View statistics about your habits.

Accountability Partners

When you connect with an accountability partner, you choose which habits to share. You are responsible for the information you share and for connecting only with people you trust. You can remove a partner or stop sharing a habit at any time.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your device.
• Any data you enter into the App.
• Backing up your data if desired.

Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

In-App Purchases

HabitFlame may offer premium features through in-app purchases. All purchases are:

• Processed through Apple's App Store.
• Subject to Apple's terms and refund policies.
• Non-transferable between accounts.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The App will meet your specific requirements.
• The App will be uninterrupted or error-free.
• Any results from using the App will be accurate.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HabitFlame shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.

Data Loss

We are not responsible for any loss of data. We recommend enabling iCloud sync or regularly backing up your device to prevent data loss.

Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App.

Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. By continuing to use the App after changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
